The International Congress of Mucosal Immunology (ICMI) is the only meeting that focuses exclusively on the interface between the immune system and the environment at mucosal surfaces for our global community. It is the perfect occasion for cross-fertilization between scientists, clinical researchers and industry professionals working on pathways of immunity and inflammation at mucosal surfaces.

Hotel reservations are NOT included in the registration rate. SMI has negotiated a special rate of DKK 1,526/night which includes breakfast for ICMI attendees at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. All rooms are first-come, first-served. Free cancellation and changes are available until 12:00 06 June 2024. The room night default dates are set to 06-10 July 2024 on the hotel website. You can adjust these dates at the top of the page as needed.

 

 

Poster Specifications

The poster should be portrait (vertical), 48” high x 36” wide or 121.9 cm high x 91.4 cm wide. We will provide materials to affix your poster to the poster wall, so plan accordingly (i.e., not too heavy, etc.). Please also note there will not be printing services onsite or associated with ICMI.

You are required to be at your poster during the poster reception on your assigned day to answer attendee questions. There are three poster receptions, Sunday through Tuesday, from 17:00-19:00 pm in the Blomstersalen and Harlekin rooms at the Tivoli Congress Center. Light hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served.
